Of course! If a sandal doesn't satisfy you for any reason, you can return it within 30 calendar days of receipt. For Greece and the EU, returns are free. Refunds are completed within 10 days. Alternatively, you can choose another product instead of a refund.

Yes! You can enter a billing address and country different from the shipping address/country for the sandals, and the buyer's name doesn't have to match the recipient's name. This way your loved one will receive the gift and you'll receive the receipt/invoice. If you wish, you can also ask us to include a card with a personal message in the package. Simply note the text in the order notes field before completing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can follow the delivery progress in real time. A tracking number is always provided for all orders, both within Greece (ACS Courier) and internationally (DHL Express).

Our sandals are made exclusively from high-quality genuine leather. The soles are lightweight and durable, suitable for everyday wear as well as walks on beaches and cobblestone alleys. Every pair is handcrafted in our workshop in Chalkidona, Thessaloniki.

Leather sandals require minimal care. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and let them dry naturally if they get wet. For cleaning, use a soft damp cloth. For extra protection, you can apply a leather conditioner once a season. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

All designs are original creations by Emmanuela Alevizopoulou Georgios and are available exclusively at emmanuela.shoes (and at the domains leather-sandals.com, griechische-sandale.de). We do not sell through any other store or marketplace.
