Shipping methods

Emmanuela.shoes can serve customers all over Greece and worldwide. The shoes are shipped in secure packaging that protects the contents during transport.

For shipments within Greece

The delivery of shoes that you order in Greece is made at your door, by people of the cooperating courier company (ACS courier). The value of the transport costs is € 3.90, and is constant regardless of the number of items per order. It is therefore cheaper to order more than one item per order, instead of placing separate orders.

The shoes are delivered in 1-2 working days from the day you order them.

In exceptional cases, for deliveries to remote and inaccessible areas of Greece, it is possible that your jewelry can only be delivered by the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) with a registered and urgent shipment. For these cases we will inform you before sending them for the estimated delivery day.

For shipments outside Greece

Orders for destinations outside Greece are basically executed with the courier company DHL express international, resulting in fast delivery, within 1 - 5 working days, depending on the destination.

More specifically, in the countries of the European Union, the USA and Canada, the delivery is done within 3 days from the day of the order and costs only 8.90 € per order. In other countries they may be needed up to 5 days for delivery, while shipping costs vary, as do the available shipping methods.

The value of shipping costs is always constant, regardless of the number of items per order. Therefore it is cheaper to order more than one pair per order, instead of placing separate orders.

• Every pair is placed in a luxury gift box at no extra charge, while it is accompanied by a quality cloth bag, so you can offer it as a gift, as you would buy it from a physical store!!

• In exceptional cases, the delivery of your order may require additional time. For these cases we will inform you about the estimated delivery day before sending the parcel.

• No product is bound without a registered order.

• For shoe orders with the indication out of stock you should contact us to inform you about the availability and delivery time. In most cases the delivery of these products is not delayed more than 10 days.

• In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.

• Emmanuela.shoes reserves the right to request a deposit for each order, as well as to change the listed prices without notice.
